Use indoors or out. Great for balconies and courtyards as long as you have some soil to bury the material once fermented (even a container garden will work). Beige colour with green lid and handle.

20L capacity.

Includes 1kg of bokashi activator.

How does it work?

Bokashi is a fermentation system for managing food waste. It ferments waste in the specially designed bucket containing ceramic powder in the resin.

For every inch or so of food waste added, add a sprinkle of the grain activator. This activator is what makes the magic happen!

Use a cup or utensil to push down the waste to remove air pockets for better fermentation.

The average household takes about 2 weeks to fill it, after which you dig a hole and bury the fermented matter, rinse out the bucket and start again.

With in about two weeks you can plant straight into the buried matter to grow plants on steroids!
